20362 Trilling (provisional designation: 1998 JH3) is a main-belt minor planet. It was discovered through the Lowell Observatory Near-Earth-Object Search at the Anderson Mesa Station in Coconino County, Arizona, on May 1, 1998. It is named after David E. Trilling, an assistant astronomer at the University of Arizona.
